1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the contact form available on quntoc.com. The domain is offered by Mind Joker (the seller). The page and the form are provided on the seller's behalf by Mind Joker through its Domain Seller service. The form only allows you to express interest in purchasing the domain.
2. No binding offer
Sending the form is neither an offer nor a contract. A sale of the domain requires a separate written agreement between the parties.
3. Your obligations
You may only provide your own, valid email address. Automated, abusive or fraudulent submissions are prohibited.
4. Availability
The form is provided as is. We may change or discontinue it at any time, and the domain may be sold to another party without prior notice.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the form.
6. Contact and governing law
Questions about these terms can be sent to the seller at buszito(at)gmail.com. The law of the seller's place of residence or business applies; mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected.
7. Service provider
Mind Joker (https://mindjoker.com) provides the page and the form as a technology provider for the seller. Mind Joker does not own the domain, does not negotiate on the seller's behalf and is not a party to any sale of the domain.
