Privacy Policy
1. Controller
The controller of your personal data is Mind Joker, the seller of quntoc.com. Contact: buszito(at)gmail.com. Mind Joker, which provides this page and the form through its Domain Seller service, processes the data on the seller's behalf as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR).
2. Data we process
Your email address, the language of the interface, your IP address, your browser's user agent and the time of the submission.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to answer your inquiry about purchasing quntoc.com (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and to protect the form against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest).
4. Recipients
Mind Joker (service provider) and its sub-processors Mailgun (email delivery), Slack (notifications, if the seller turned them on) and Cloudflare (security check) process data on the seller's behalf. Cloudflare also acts as an independent controller of the technical signals it uses to improve its bot detection (Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum: https://www.cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/). Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
Your data is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask for earlier deletion. When the seller deletes your inquiry or removes the domain from the service, Mind Joker deletes the stored data.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. Write to buszito(at)gmail.com to exercise them. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
7. Cookies and browser storage
The form itself does not set any cookies and does not use tracking or advertising tools. Your language choice is saved in your browser’s local storage only after you change the language; you can remove it at any time by clearing the site data.
The security check is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, loaded from challenges.cloudflare.com. To tell people apart from bots, Cloudflare processes technical signals such as your IP address, TLS fingerprint and browser user agent, and may set cookies it classifies as strictly necessary (for example cf_clearance or cf_chl_* cookies). They cannot be switched off, because the form cannot be protected without them. Details: https://www.cloudflare.com/cookie-policy/.
